Five minutes is all it takes to set the tone for a glorious day ahead! Times it by three and now we’re really getting somewhere! In fact you can have this whole exercise protocol done in less time than it takes to cook some eggs and eat them!

So what is the 5x5x5 protocol?

Five minutes of running and or cardio focus

Five minutes of yoga/flexibility

And five minutes of strength focus either using weights or purely bodyweight

That’s it. It’s simple and effective for anyone that’s in a crunch for time.

Set an alarm on your phone with the label “5x5x5”

I also included a small workout example but feel free to think of some flows and movements that would work best for you!
